Through four outlets in Melbourne’s CBD, Bluebag manufacture and sell pre-packaged, healthy breakfasts and lunches that give busy city workers ‘energy and a sense of well being.’ They stock over one hundred items that are made daily in their central kitchen – each product requires a marketing label and an ingredients label.
